Change is inevitable, whether it be something small in your every day, or a whole global pandemic. Your thoughts are crucial to how you show up on the other side of a challenge.
Your knee jerk reaction may be to go to a place of fear. Worrying about what’s going to happen, how things will work out for you, and feeling stressed if you don’t know exactly how things will unfold.
Many people’s thoughts go to anger. Angry that we’re being duped, or angry that people aren’t taking this seriously enough.
Yet, there’s another option. There’s faith.
Having faith that everything will work out just as it should. Everything happens for you, not to you. Your thoughts guide your behavior, and ultimately how events will unfold for you.
I have had the opportunity in the last week to witness the amazing results of people that have remained in faith, stayed flexible, and were willing to shift rather than be in a place of fear or anger. I have seen thriving, not just surviving, during these uncertain times.
