  • Find it! – it sounds obvious, but expectations can sabotage the process. There are different ways to open up your subconscious to learn your blocks – movement, journaling, meditation.

Part 2 of Creating Your Love Strategy

  • Make a plan – break down big goals into smaller chunks
  • Schedule it! – unless you create time in your life to work on it, it won’t magically happen

I’m coming to you from the pool on this one. What better place to feel the awareness of your weight gain.

Stress + Hormones = Weight Gain, and I’ve been feeling it lately. How your thoughts, beliefs, and expectations can affect you even about some weight gain.
