You don’t have to be busy to be successful

I feel like a total hypocrite right now.

I’m about to tell you that busy is not something to strive for. It keeps you in fight or flight, which creates anxiety and health problems.

Yet, I am wrapping up a very busy few weeks (see the bags under my eyes).

Busy happens to the best of us 😳, however, if you stay in tune with yourself and your schedule, you can manage it so it doesn’t take over.

In my case, I was scheduled well in advance, and anticipated it’s arrival, so I scheduled some recovery time.

How are you keeping busy at bay?

Not the inheritance we were looking for, but there it is.
4.4 million children are diagnosed with anxiety.

We were shown how to react to stressful situations from our parents, we model it, and pass it on. Every time we stress out about money, or traffic, or being late, etc., we are teaching how to react with stress.

If we don’t want to teach this, we have to unlearn it for ourselves, so we can model it for our children.

Let’s start a plan for unlearning!
