Calming my nerves so I can be a Happy Mama

I’m a happy mama

Steeping a cup of Happy Mama tea, one of the Kalusion tea blends. This blend contains oatstraw, which calms the nerves. It’s been said that everyone living in modern society should have oatstraw in their life. It also contains herbs for hormone balance and energy.

Not to mention, I actually enjoy it. Check it out at the BouTEAque

Tea-riffic Tuesday! Sugar Buster

The Sugar Buster Tea has been coming up a lot lately, so I thought maybe you are supposed to hear about it.

I have to admit that I have been dipping into the kid’s Easter candy a bit. Even though the bunny brings quality candy with organic natural sugars, they are still sugars, and cravings for more can happen really quickly. I found myself getting a little nutty about wanting more, so I reached for the Sugar Buster Tea. Once again, crisis averted.

Seriously, I love this tea so much, not just because it can help ward off cravings by balancing your blood sugar, but also because you can use it on the back end of an indulgence. Let’s face it when you are smack in the middle of a chocolate (or your sweet of choice) craving, you are not usually feeling like “oh man, let me make a cup of tea, woohoo!” In that case, enjoy your indulgence. Feeling guilty about it is not going to make anything better. In fact, it only makes things worse. Then enjoy a cup of Sugar Buster Tea to balance things back out, and prevent cravings by avoiding a near future sugar crash.

Recently, a Sugar Buster Tea drinker shared with me that she has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and this tea is saving her life. She has been able to drastically reduce her cravings, and get on track with eating the foods her body needs

Other users have raved success in breaking habits of excessive soda and sugary coffee drink consumption, were able to curb night time sweets cravings, have been able to stop eating out excessively, and more.

Sugar Buster is a rich, and mildly sweet tasting herbal blend.

  • balance blood sugar
  • cleanse the liver
  • reduce sweets cravings
  • battle candida
  • break sweets habits

To use: put 1-2 tsp in a tea bag or ball, steep in hot water at least 5 min, and ENJOY!

Sugar Buster Tea, along with all of Kalusion’s Health & Harmony Teas are available in the BouTEAque

Yummy Chai Latte

This is a warm, yummy drink I have become hooked on lately.  It’s inspired by a recipe I saw on Steven and Chris by Meghan Telpner, author of UnDiet.

I put a cup of brewed Sugar Buster Tea in a bullet or blender, add to it some or all of the following:

flax seeds

bee pollen

cocoa powder

cinnamon

honey or stevia (or leave unsweetened)

almond milk

Blend it all up into a nice foamy, hot comforting drink.  I drink it in place of coffee, and can’t get enough.  Not to mention, using the Sugar Buster Tea helps me calm my sweet cravings.  It doesn’t get any better!  Try it, you’ll be hooked too
