Do you know what part of your body to move to tap into creativity?

I continually use these videos to get some movement time, and to open up the areas of my life, even with kid and dog underfoot.

Today, I am tapping into creativity. Creativity sounds like one of those things you only need when you’re going to create a work of art, or even more ambitiously, dare attempt a Pinterest project. Yet, it helps with so much more. It gives you a new way of looking at things, so you can creatively solve your problems. Suddenly the answers becomes clear.

Today’s reveal: As I create boundaries, I gain respect.

You have to be willing to stretch to grow

The group at Actor’s Training Ground (minus 1). We finished up Movement for the Actor last night.

Most of the people that participate in this class have no dance experience. They really stretch their comfort zones, which feels challenging in the moment, but by the end they are victorious and accomplished.

You have to be willing to stretch to grow! Congratulations to another amazing group!

Doubts don’t have to derail you!

I had some doubts and blocks come to the surface late last week, and over the weekend, as I am pushing myself to my next level in a program.

This morning, I used my own movement program with reflective journaling to get to the root of the subconscious doubts, and…. it worked. Now I am addressing my doubts head on. I’m so glad to have this resource. Feel free to ask me about it if you want to see if it’s right for you.

Move your body to clear your mind

Movement is more than exercise.

Sure, you will receive the physical benefits: cardiovascular, strengthening, flexibility, agility, etc.

However, movement is so much more than that. You move your body to clear your mind. You also move your body to clear your life.
